Terms of Return and Complaints

Returns

Every customer who makes a purchase in our online store is entitled to return the goods within 14 days of the purchase.

Conditions for returning goods:

• The returned goods must not be damaged.
• The cost of return shipping is 18 PLN.
• In the case of prepayment, the funds will be refunded to the customer within 6 business days after the purchased goods are returned to the store.

Complaints

If the goods arrive damaged or incomplete, the customer has the right to file a complaint within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Conditions for filing a complaint:

• The cost of return shipping is 18 PLN.
• In the case of prepayment, the funds will be refunded to the customer within 3 business days after the returned goods are received by the store.
